This page explains what information may be collected through this website, why it is used and how to ask a question or request a change.
Information you choose to provide
The website includes contact, home evaluation, mortgage-planning, newsletter, review and agent-resource forms. Depending on the form you use, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, property details, brokerage information, calculator summary, audit or transition-planning details, review text and information about a real estate request.
Calculators and interactive tools
Mortgage and brokerage tools perform their calculations in your browser. Their inputs are not submitted merely because you use a calculator. A result summary is sent only when you deliberately submit the related enquiry form. The site may retain campaign or referral parameters in temporary browser session storage so a later voluntary form submission can be attributed to the correct source.
How the information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, prepare the service you asked for, arrange a conversation, provide relevant property information or send communications you have specifically requested. It may also be used to maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Form processing and service providers
When this site is deployed on Netlify, form submissions may be processed and stored by Netlify on behalf of the site owner. Other professional service providers may receive limited information when needed to complete a request, manage a transaction, maintain the website or comply with law. Information is not sold.
Consent and marketing
Submitting an enquiry allows Anna Oliver's team to contact you about that enquiry. It does not automatically add you to a marketing list. Newsletter sign-up is separate, and you can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently install advertising trackers or a third-party analytics service. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device information, request time and pages requested. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and security
Personal information should be kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required for legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or ask that information be deleted where the law permits. You may also withdraw consent for future marketing communication.

The website links to social platforms and other independent websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organizations. Review their policies before providing information to them.
